Domain Names
All domain names are registered in your name. Free domain names are only free for the first year; yearly renewals are charged at the normal rate. You are free to transfer your domain name away from us at any time you choose. It is your sole responsibility to accept or reject domain transfer tickets.
Bandwidth
You may upgrade at any time if you require more bandwidth. There are no overage charges.
Storage Space
You may upgrade at any time if you require more storage space.
Account Upgrades
Account upgrades can be done at any time. There are no upgrade fees. Simply contact support (AT) kalaharihosting.com if you need to upgrade.
Invoice Payments
Invoices are sent out one week before they are due. Invoice payment reminders are sent out 3 days before the due date. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment reaches us before the due date.
Account Suspensions
Accounts which are not paid for will be suspended 10 days after the due date. Your account will be immediately unsuspended on receipt of your payment.
Account Terminations
Accounts which are left overdue for 30 days will be terminated.
Money Back Guarantee
You are entitled to a refund if you cancel your account within 30 days of signing up. Accounts terminated due to abuse (spam, illegal activities) will not be refunded.
Uptime Guarantee
You will receive a 50% refund if your uptime is less than 99.9%. Uptime of less than 99% will result in a full refund. You need to contact us with proof of uptime in order to receive a refund.
Account Cancellations
You may cancel your account at any time. Simply login to our client area to cancel your account.
Abuse
This includes fraud, spam and any other illegal activities. Your account will be suspended/terminated immediately in the case of abuse, depending on the nature of the offence. You will not receive any refunds if we terminate your account due to abuse.
