Terms Of Guarantee
Kalahari Hosting strives to have the content of all your web sites available for HTTP access by any party in the world 99.9% of the time. Service outage is defined as 100% packet loss from Kalahari hosting to our backbone providers. Credits are only available in the event of 100% packet loss.
Terms of Refund
You will receive a 50% refund for any month in which your website uptime is less than 99.9%. In the event of uptime less than 99%, you will receive a full refund for the month. Please note that you will be required to produce proof of your uptime from a reputable uptime monitor service.
